Owner and artist Lorie Burcham has had extensive training from multiple sources, including Colette Peters, Mark Seaman, and the Wilton School of Cake Decorating in Chicago, IL. She grew up in the restaurant business and had a successful catering business in Dallas, TX. Her creativity and design will ensure that your cake will be something you can be proud of.
